I haven’t taught martial arts for almost 2 years now, but a good friend of mine is coming back to town and he is going to open a new martial arts school.

I need to get back in shape and start getting ready, because I would like to get back to teaching by next March.

I love the martial arts, but this type of demonstrations gives me the chills…

No demonstration is worth risking your life.

I got my Christmas gift early. I am a new grandfather.

Aubriana was born on December 16 at 1:50Am, she weight at 6lb 13oz. and she is 19 inches long.
